“I’m still trying to decide who I want to be when I grow up.” I overheard this statement one Saturday morning at a local meeting. The disturbing part was the individual who said it was in his sixties and had already completed 30 years of his life serving the government. He had recently begun a new career but in transition, never stopped to decide what he was supposed to be doing. I think part of the problem was a lack of personal leadership.
