Diversity and Inclusion are (appropriately) hot topics in organizations across the world, but many organizations have found that their Diversity and Inclusion strategies have fallen flat. When that happens, what's missing? We believe it's that organizations haven't laid the proper cultural foundation upon which to build their Diversity and Inclusion strategies. 

That's why we'll explore these key ideas during our time together:

Let’s take a journey into the world of public speaking.  We know we must, and we want to be able to communicate, but we are afraid and sometimes just don’t know where to start.  This session will do more than talk about some of the basic skills to develop successful public speaking, but dig deeper into what is stopping us and what we can do about it.
