    Speaker:  J. Tyler Mayhew, Partner, Bowles Rice, Martinsburg, WV

    Bowles Rice attorney Tyler Mayhew will elucidate legislative updates on drug testing and medical marijuana, among other legislation affecting employers. Mayhew will summarize rules and actions around the West Virginia Workplace Freedom Act ("Right to Work"); the West Virginia Safer Workplaces Act; as well as murky standards, or places where the Court has offered very little guidance to employers on how to apply rulings.

    Tyler focuses his practice on labor and employment law, commercial litigation, and appellate litigation. Mayhew advises employers on human resources and compliance matters, and employment policies.
