The 9th Annual Blue Ridge Community and Technical Leadership Development Conference will be held live (in person) at the main campus located at 13650 Apple Harvest Drive in Martinsburg.  This one-half day includes a full Blue Ridge Breakfast.

Early Bird Registration:  Register by Friday, April 28 and you will be entered into a drawing for a $50 Visa gift card.  Registration closes on Friday, May 11, 2023.

This conference features Holly Hoffman Certified Speaking Professionals as conferred by the National Speakers Association. This designation is held by less than 10% of the global speaker population.

The theme for this year’s half-day conference is “SURVIVE BUT THRIVE WITH LEADERSHIP.”

Holly Hoffman was the last remaining member of the Espada Tribe and the last woman standing on Season 21 of CBS’ hit reality show “Survivor Nicaragua.”  Through that experience and others throughout her live, Holly is inspired to share her message of survival.

Holly presents two topics in this conference.  “Never Give Up – The Survivor Way” discusses the importance of taking opportunities, how to deal with adversity and change and understanding the value of relationships.  “Lead Simply” discusses the importance of creating a team, your framework for leadership, and the fact that leadership does not have to be complex.
