    Rick Grandinetti guarantees high energy presentations, evoking passion and reform within your organization. Dr. Grandinetti has designed, produced, coordinated and conducted over 5,000 seminars and key-note speeches throughout North America.  He is the author of more than 35 various educational programs currently utilized by numerous organizations throughout North America.

    He has published a book titled “Succeed Inside the Box Guaranteed”™ and is in the process of publishing another book which will be titled, “It’s All About Results”. Dr. Grandinetti is the leading authority in altering organizational cultures to excellence as well as customer service, professional selling, and increasing company morale.

    Dr. Grandinetti serves as an adjunct professor for the University of North Carolina Business Graduate School.  Dr. Grandinetti also serves as an adjunct professor for the Nation’s LOGTECH program, which educates military personnel on Best Business Practices which is utilized in and throughout the organizations of the Army, Marines, US Coast Guard, Navy, Homeland Security, Defense Logistics Agency, FEMA, Department of Defense and Veterans affairs.

    In 2013, he received a Ph.D. in Business Management from Ashley University.
