Participants will have the opportunity to review the HR Skills Advisory Council’s Report on Continuing Challenges and Best Practices. After breakfast and the business portion of the meeting, participants will be divided into 4 sub-groups aligned with the 4 focus areas of the report noted below. Participants will choose the topic(s) of their choice. Facilitators will then guide a discussion of the survey results/comparison and participants will think, pair and share their own challenges and best practices. The facilitators will report out unique challenges and best practices for each of the 4 topics not already outlined in the report.

The meeting content change will be submitted to HRCI and SHRM for recertification credit consideration. Submission results will be sent to all participants after the meeting and once the Chapter has received notification.
