From 1996 through 2016, 361 out of 426 of the global companies who engaged Cultivisor to assist with their Talent Development programs (84.7%) have rated their employee appraisals as less than 80% effective in stimulating sustained positive job performance behavioral change.  During this meeting, we will explore the techniques and tools needed to build a more effective employee appraisal program.

At the conclusion of this session, the learner will be able to:

    • Explain the role of an effective Employee Appraisal Program in the broader Talent Development environment (as a catalyst for learning transfer.)
    • Explain the workings of the two types of employee appraisal forums that comprise an effective employee appraisal program.
    • Explain how a KPI Accountability Review is directly tied to a Job Description and performance measurements for jobs at his/her company.
    • Explain how a Job Performance Observation discussion coaching sheet is directly tied to a Job Description and performance measurements for jobs at his/her company.

Speaker:  Ken Johnson, CEO and Co-Founder, Cultivisor.  Having risen through the ranks of multiple Fortune 500 companies, in 1991, Ken Johnson switched from being an IT business unit manager to a focus in HR Management and Employee Talent Development.  He has been a member of multiple professional HR organizations, including SHRM, since 1989.
