What are the most important training needs for your organization next year?  Are you confident that you are covering the minimum training requirements?  Better question, what are the minimum requirements?  Whether enhancing current programs or creating them from scratch, it is important to keep both the needs of your team members and the objectives of your business in mind.  This session will take the time to open up dialogue about what the training needs of our team members are based on the concept of Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs.  Using this concept, we will work through a Training Hierarchy of Needs Assessment to identify our own priorities for 2017.

    Objectives:

    • Collaborate with others to identify the 5 levels of training needs for every team member based on the concept of Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs.
    • Use techniques to identify and align current training needs with business objectives.
