Liz Weber  is one of only 12 people in the U.S. to hold both the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) and Certified Management Consultant (CMC) designations; the highest earned designations in two different professions. She is a sought-after consultant, speaker, and seminar presenter, Liz is known for her candor, insights, and her ability to make the complexities of leadership E.A.S.Y. She creates clarity for her audiences during her results-oriented presentations and training sessions.

In this informative, nuts & bolts presentation, Liz Weber, CMC, CSP (aka - The Dragon Lady of Leadership Accountability®) presents straight-forward ideas on why and how to develop an on-going organizational succession planning process - not just a plan. The process is more than just creating a plan. The plan is more than just filling slots. Liz’s presentation shares logical insights into an eight step process for not only creating a succession plan, but an emergency staffing plan, and workforce staffing and training plans as well. Liz also highlights the importance of linking effective succession plans with the organization’s focused strategic plan to ensure alignment and growth in the organization as well as staff.
